Gymtechs technician arrived to do a diagnostic on my Nordic treadmill, had a blown circuit board. I was expecting to have to order and rebook service. He had a new board with him, installed and working perfect I could not be happier, highly recommended.

I had a roof top tent delivered and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. There was a few complications on BFC’s side of the paperwork but Gymtechs both kept me in the loop and made sure I got my rent in time for my camping trip. I’d definitely be happy to work with them again

Firstly they were the only business to return my calls / emails when looking for a repair person. And they arrived the next day to give me a diagnosis and then I was able to get a new console sorted and they were back within a day of my calling to fit it. Very neat / tidy and efficient. The staff at Gymtech were very good at communicating especially given we had to make some last minute changes due to delivery dates being changed of the gym equipment we had ordered and Gymtech were very accommodating. The guys had to travel quite some distance to come to our home and put together our new home gym equipment and stationary bikes and were reasonable with their pricing accordingly. The staff who attended were polite and efficient and offered great advice 👍 we would not hesitate to have these guys around in the future should we need more gym equipment assembled or our current equipment serviced

Needed a treadmill mat replaced. Steve returned my call very promptly and ordered a new mat. The mat came very quickly and Steve was out to fit within a few days. Steve is very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I would recommend to anyone that needs repairs or service.

Couldn’t recommend them enough. Had a broken down treadmill and the local agent recommended was impossible to get a hold of so after searching google for anyone that could help me I came across gymtech. Contacted them on a Friday and lucky for me they could fit me in on following Monday. The guys were on time and friendly and had the parts on them and had it up and running again in 30min. Will recommend them to anyone that asks as they will always be my go to guys from now on. Price was great too I was quoted by other places $160 just to come out and tell me what was wrong let alone I had to then pay for parts and freight from the manufacturer and for them to come back and install. So I definitely came out the winner today!

Cannot praise this company enough.I'd been having trouble with my treadmill for a few months and googled local providers. I put feelers out to 3 local companies making sure to be clear whattheproblemwas and to flag that we were in quite a rural spot.Gymtechs came back to me within a couple of hours (same evening, on the weekend). One of the other two didn't respond and the other told me that I should probably get a new one as the cost of repairs wouldn't be worth it.We had a hiccup due to the weather & flooding, but they rescheduled really quickly, kept the appointment and even let me know when they were 30mins away.The service was really simple, the fix took minutes and the treadmill instantly felt better. I ran comfortably for an hour this evening and felt safe for the first time in months.The service was surprisingly affordable and was worth every cent. I'll definitely be using them for regular servicing going forward.

I was looking forward to the new treadmill being delivered and installed. However the rudeness and disrespectful behaviour of the 2 Guys ( John and Jack) that came to do the install definitely took the shine off the excitement. I have a Son with a disability so I asked them if they could wear a mask, even providing one for Jack . This was met with attitude at the request, (especially from Jack,) and blatant rudeness. In the end the treadmill was installed in a room I wasn’t intending on having it , just so they could put it together and leave. So now I have to move it again myself. In these uncertain times we all face, the last thing one should be worried about is being disrespected in one’s home and paying for the displeasure!!! If I could give a no star rating I would but these things won’t allow you to post without one. A very unhappy customer!
