After just moving to the area and not knowing anyone I rang several 'google' reviewed businesses to have my treadmill repaired. Gymtech were not only the most helpful, professional and informative but they were also the most competitively priced. They were a delight to deal with from the phone call to book the appointment, the timeliness of their automatic notifications and then the very professional, courteous and pleasant repairer. Jack from Gymtechs came to repair my exercycle, but 30 seconds before he arrived, DISASTER! My garage door malfunctioned and would not open; I could not get my car out! With great compassion, Jack delayed his schedule for some minutes to sort out the problem for me. He then fixed the bike problem he had come for expertly and efficiently. Gymtechs had managed to give me an appointment with quick turnaround time from my call, and it was a bonus to have such a kind, efficient person like Jack to do the job. They certainly get my vote for any future repairs!

Gymtechs technician arrived to do a diagnostic on my Nordic treadmill, had a blown circuit board. I was expecting to have to order and rebook service. He had a new board with him, installed and working perfect I could not be happier, highly recommended.

I had a roof top tent delivered and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. There was a few complications on BFC’s side of the paperwork but Gymtechs both kept me in the loop and made sure I got my rent in time for my camping trip.
