A treadmill that stops mid-run is commonly caused by overheating motors, worn belts or control board faults. Our technicians diagnose the exact issue and carry out the repair to restore performance.
A burning smell during operation usually indicates friction from a worn belt or lack of lubrication. Our technicians inspect motor load, belt condition and internal components to prevent further damage and costly breakdowns.
Many treadmills display error codes when speed sensors, incline systems or internal wiring malfunction. We diagnose these faults and replace defective components to restore smooth and safe operation.
A belt that slips or lurches is usually loose, worn or running dry. We check belt tension and deck lubrication first, then the drive belt and motor, and adjust or replace what is worn so the belt runs evenly under load.
Incline faults come down to the incline motor, its position sensor or the wiring between them. We test each in turn, replace the failed part and recalibrate the incline so the console and the deck agree.
